Tiger pondered. A faction of gems who had successfully defected from Homeworld. Either it's very recent, or they must have some powerful gems supporting them. "So, what exactly is this 'human'? Is it a valuable resource, or perhaps a dangerous weapon?" Tiger questioned, being lost in thought for the moment. Once the two were getting close to the exit, Tiger spotted her ship wreckage. That wasn't the problem however, as she saw a third set of footsteps leading into the tower. "The captain.." she said quietly, but loud enough to hear. "Uh, Bloodstone was it? We need to get out, right now befo-" Tiger was cut short as a wall of white crystals rose out of the ground, growing towards the ceiling. The entrance, or exit in this case, was blocked. "Oh.. We're done for." Tiger said worringly, looking around them. "HAHA, well, I had a pretty good life. I guess this is a goodbye." Tiger panicked, paranoidly darting her eyes towards every corner or pillar.
The captain laughed maniacally, echoing through the now isolated building. She had sealed all the gaps with her white crystals, encasing all three gems. Hm, wait.. The white gem spotted something else in the darkness. Another gem, interesting. A peridot by the looks of it. Perhaps she could be of use.. Or another victim. The captain would observe, waiting in the darkness, as the only light being given would be from her glowing white crystals that were incasing the building, making Tiger and Bloodstone very visible.

Yellow Peridot felt a small chill go down her as the strange gem noticed her, but still didn't feel like she was in true danger. Peridot thought, I've been discovered anyhow, so I think it's time to reveal myself. If she wants trouble, I'll gladly kill her. She came out of hiding, and began to walk up to the gem that had sought her out. She didn't make her claws visible whatsoever, in case this gem really did want trouble, she was going for a little surprise. Her talons scraped along the floor, making a slight screech each time she took a step.
With a sly smile, she began, "Does there seem to be an issue? I have much work to do, so make it quick." She didn't wipe the sly smile off her face. She was certain that these gems weren't worth much of her time to execute, so she would let the talk first to see if they were allies or enemies. Peridot thought for their sake, that they were homeworld gems, or they would have a swift shattering.

Tiger was stuck by the looks of it. Any thoughts of going into the darkness would be suicide. It was game over. The captain had found her, captured her, and was soon to shatter her. That Bloodstone.. Tiger shouldn't have trusted her. He must've been a distraction to lure Tiger, helping the captain to buy herself some time. Tiger was trying to come up with a quick escape, but then she noticed a bright colored gem in the darkness. In front of the gem was.. the captain. A peridot, by the looks of it, was confronting her captain! Tiger had time. She turned towards the crystals blocking the entrance, starting to immediately dig her way out with her claws. Or was attempting to. This was going to take a while by the looks of it.
The captain grinned as she heard the gem. With half-opened eyes she gazed at the peridot. Just another expendable rock. "Much to do... I'm sure. With broken warps and a nonfunctional communication hub." The captain took a pause, talking in a calm yet taunting voice, like one who would have the upper hand. She shook her head slightly. "A naive gem, or a defect. Either way you're just another piece of dirt. Now, if you would gladly let me shatter your two friends, I can promise to leave you and your little plaything alone." The white gem said, a glow being given off from the crystals which appear to be impaling her.

Peridot, although offended, gave a short laugh. She began, "let's get a few things straight. I am not a "friend" of these two screwups. Secondly, I would have to disagree with you with me being a defect. I was sent here to check on the status of this structure and the galaxy warp. Thirdly, if you think I'm dirt, you got another thing coming to you. I am the superior Peridot. My physique is greater than any peridot you've seen, so I suggest that you get out of here before I end you."
Peridot was well aware of what she said. She put a sly smile on her face, still keeping her class hidden. She knew this would get ugly, and she could kill someone.

Tiger, whilst in the process of trying to dig herself out of this place, took a quick look back at the two gems whilst hearing their conversation. Stuff was about to get ugly, which means it could either end well or it could end really really bad. Out of all days, this wasn't the one to take chances. Still having a cracked gem she was in no condition to fight. Not having having the time to watch the other two, she kept on trying to dig her way out. It appears the claws were getting through the crystals somewhat. "Geez, these are thick." Tiger mumbled to herself.
The captain held an unimpressed look. "I usually like talkers..." The captain said, raising her right hand. The floor around the two would get coated in a white glowing crystal, making them both rather visible in the isolated building. "...But I don't like you." The captain said, keeping a pokerface as she clenched her right fist. Four small crystal pillars were extending horizontally from the ground towards the peridot. With a sharp end, the intention was most likely to pierce the peridot.

Peridot chuckled to herself as the crystals surrounded her. She knew the power of this gem, and knew that she could overpowered her if she tried. She knew she was no regular Peridot. She killed many of them to prove that. She thought it was time to break out her weapons. But before she did, she smugly said, "Ya know, most gems would choose to cower in fear and give up at this point." She began to slowly reveal her long, gnarly claws. Then, she whispered, "But I chose..." She paused as she revealed her claws to the gem in casing her. She finally shouted, in an almost savage voice, "This!" Her eyes seemed to flash as she sliced the crystals I casing her, breaking them apart, and rushing at her captor, ready to shred her.

Tiger, unaware of most of the fight happening behind her, would finally get the crystal to crack. She would back up, and while how much of a bad idea it was she charged at the wall, successfully breaking through. A surge of daylight would rush through as the isolated building now lit up through the hole. Now to run away from here as fast as she could.
The captain watched as her crystals were deflected. So the gem isn't completely incompetent. A rush was made directly towards her, interesting. Was the peridot really thinking that was going to work? The captain leaped upwards, taking use of a nearby pillar to direct herself the opposite direction of the peridot. As she was doing her acrobatic leap, she swiped with her left hand, a series of small but sharp crystals raining down upon everything below her. Landing on her feet, the captain stopped her momentum with a short slide. She was having fun thus far. She was waiting to see what else this "special peridot" as it called itself had in store.

She shredded apart many of the crystals, but two managed to land her near her stomach, which made her wince, picking the two crystals out of her skin, she quickly flicked them both away. She was somewhat surprised, she had underestimated this gem. But she felt it was time to get serious. She rushed towards the crystallized gem and leaped onto her. She knew this is where she went very savage, which made her slightly angry. The talons in the front of her feet dug into the gem's skin and proceeded to continuously scrape her again and again with her razor sharp claws. She knew once she got a strike to the stomach, head, or the gem itself, it would've been all over. Her hunter instinct had come in, and this was where most have died.

Tiger, knowing that the captain was busy fighting, took a small moment to appreciate her freedom, only to head to the ship. Going through the broken halls of the ship she found the two cracked gems of her comrades. Stomp, crush. Stomp, crush. Good. They wouldn't be coming back now. Ever. Heading outside the ship, Tiger looked at her options. Stay, or warp pad. Hm..
The captain thought it was best to already spill the beans. She took the hit without a wince, but rather with a menacing smile. Her light form glitched at the impact of the hits she recieved. Her crystals were getting scratched, but she didn't poof. No matter how many hits, no matter how many scratches. All of the crystals on her body was keeping her light form constantly regenerative. It seems like this was going to take a while... The captain summoned two crystals in both of her hands, attempting to stab the peridot that was trying to kill her. "Aw, did you just want a hug?" The captain said, laughing as she stared into the other gem's eyes. Whenever the crystals on her body were damaged, it healed by growing over the wound. However, one of her crystals were already damaged, having been broken in the crash.

Peridot could tell that her "go all out strategy" wasn't working, each time a crystal took a hit, it did no good. She had to break all of the crystals at once to get a good strike. Then, Peridot had an idea. It was a long shot, but it was her only chance, and she'd use a lot of her energy to do it. She had to break all those crystals so none would remain, and brute force would be the key. Peridot leaped off of the crystallized gem and on top of one of the crystal pillars. With a flash of her eyes and a devilish grin, The crystal below her began to quiver. An electric aura surrounded her entire body, and Peridot seemed to absorb the electric energy from her enhancers. Once she seemed to finish, she threw them off and degenerated her claws. She had to use every bit of strength in this charge, or it wouldn't work. As the strange gem rushed in for an attack, Peridot seemed to hover over the ground as she charged into her, headfirst. She felt the hard crystals hit her head, but she endured it as much as she could. With all her strength, she rammed right into the gem and smashed her into the broken ship's side.

Tiger's eyes wide-opened upon seeing two gems being fired straight out of the building right into the broken ship she was standing on. Tiger tumbled down from the ship, the shockwave pushing her off it shortly after the impact. How many more times was she going to get injured this day? She was surprised she was still alive. It was pure luck that the gemstone hadn't fully cracked by now. Nevertheless it was luck that she very much welcomed. Struggling to get up and stand on her two legs, it was time to try and use the warp pad. Staying here wasn't an option anymore. It was time to explore this planet, in hope of finding this fountain that Bloodstone had talked about. Then again, where was Bloodstone? She didn't have time to find out. Tiger walked with the best of her ability towards the warp pad. "What a bad day..." she sighed, as a stream of light would lit up.
The captain coughed after the hit. Interesting. This peridot had potential. Lying in the metallic scrap that was her ship, she looked at her crystals. Shattered, cracked. Barely enough to keep her light form stable. She was most likely going to poof sooner or later. She soon took thought on why she was here again. The one who sabotaged her ship. In the corner of her eye, she saw the orange gem fleeing to the warp pad. Injured, the white gem stood up, looking at the peridot. "So, peridot, you're able to fight off a gem serving in the true diamond authority." she chuckled to herself, knowing that the peridot was lucky that she had only fought her after the crash. "I usually stay longer, but as you can see, I still have your traitor friend to take care of." The captain concluded, as thick white crystals would erect out of the ground like pistons, approaching the peridot as to not only block her but also dispense her high up in the air. "You won't be as lucky next time." The captain said with a wide grin, having vanished. She wouldn't be found either in the ship or anywhere else on the island.

Peridot came crashing down from the ejection, landing hard on the ground. She managed to get up, but it hurt her a lot to do so. She was very weak from her charge attack. It was a challenge to even walk. She wouldn't be surprised if she would get poofed sooner or later. She figured she needed someone to help, which wasn't like her, but desperate times call for desperate measures. She looked around to see if anyone was in the area. But with each step she took, the weaker she got. She knew it was over and she had to regenerate. But, just when she thought it would've been time to poof, she spotted the gem that her enemy had trapped. She felt a small sprout of joy and relief as she stared at this gem. But she couldn't take the weakness, and before she fell, she whispered in a raspy voice, "Help...me..." She took one last step before she fell to the ground and poofed.

After several hours, Peridot finally regenerated and her humanoid form had retained. Confused at first, Peridot saw the side of the old ship. There was a large dent where she had pushed that crystallized gem into. She had never pushed herself so hard, and have her hunter's instinct fail her. The gem that was in the ship had left, most likely from the warp pad inside. The gem hadn't looked like much, but she looked like an ally, and admired the enhancers she had. Hopefully she left unscathed from the fight. Peridot had wondered what that other gem had said, that she was a traitor. She needed answers, and she needed them now. Peridot noticed her own enhancers lying on the ground and proceeded to carry them as she walked to the warp pad. She was going to find this gem, one way or another.
