Personality:
Tourmaline was created to be a logical and direct gem in your business. She does not show many feelings and those she demonstrates are related to her role.
She is very focused on her work and does not tolerate failures. Since she works directly with her diamond she needs to give her best every time. This pressure turned her into an extremely closed, ignorant and arrogant gem.
The only gems that she acually respects is Yellow and White Diamond, she does not agree the way that Blue and Pink Diamond commands and think that they do a poor job and are terrible and weak leaders.
Likes/Dislikes:
Tourmaline thinks that liking and enjoying things are a waste of time,all she actually cares about is doing a good work.
She hates Incompetence and Lazyness. She also despises soldiers, jaspers, amethysts, rubies, quartz etc. She thinks that they were only created to be in the battlefield and not inside structures

Tourmaline weapon is a Plasma cannon, when she summons it will automatically be placed in her hand due to her gem being on the top of it
The Plasma cannon can shoot different types of projectiles,the basic one being a simple plasma sphere that will explode upon contact,it has a fairly big range (8-10m) but the projectile itself it's not very fast,taking around 3 to 6 seconds to reach its target but its blast is pretty devastating. It can also create a beam of light that works like a energy sword that has around 80cm of lenght.
Ability 1:
(Analyse)-Since Tourmaline is a very inteligence gem she developed a quick way to analyse gems. Basically she analyses the weight,height,width,function,behavior and weapon in a quick look, creating some sort of mental profile for the gem. It takes her some time to complete this (2 posts) but once its done it may help in battle since it shows how the gem can be,but its not completly accurate. She also cant see the gem weakness, since it varies from gem to gem.
Ability 2:
(Special Boots)-This is not really an ability,but since it gives her some extra skills im counting it as one. Tourmaline wears a pair of special boots that she created, the boots can give her some boost while she is running or jumping. It can also make her walk in walls and Ceilings
Fusions:
She does not approve fusion. She thinks it's an archaic and immoral technique to be used
History:
Tourmaline was created on a planet called Delta 60, where the atmosphere is extremely cold and heavy.
She was one of the special gems that were created on this planet, one of the diamond's personal gems, being very well done and with a precise cut.
Tourmaline was created to help yellow diamond in her plannings, it could be in creating new kindergarteners or preparing for an attack
Since its inception, she has always been on the side of her diamond, always planning, creating and thinking of new plans or strategies.
This Tourmaline became known among gems of the upper classes because of her help in the limb enhancer project.
Tourmaline was assigned to work temporarily under pink diamond command and was sent to earth. She will help the diamond in creating the best soldiers, since it requires a lot of inspection of the area, the right minerals are essencial to create the most strong,agile and powerful gems. She will also help her with the planning of her army against the rebels,since they are a threat to the kindergartens.
Character Arcs:
-She will get face to face with the rebels at some point,will fight a little but eventually escape
-She will try to convince Pink diamond to let her command the armies that will fight the rebels
-Eventually Tourmaline will become one of the main antagonist (after the diamonds of course). She will try to stop and exterminate any rebel or a gem that opposes any of the diamonds rules
