A beam of light came down onto the warp pad just a short walk away from the Forge's entrance, leaving Para and the injured Fulgurite overlooking the barren volcanic landscape. She nodded towards a downward sloping path, "Not too much farther now, let's keep moving. At least we are much safer here." She lead him all the way down the path which overlooked a steep drop towards some dark depth of the volcano's side. As expected it was uneventful, not many corrupt gems seemed to stray here thankfully, although the rocky terrain was not especially easy to cross. Eventually, however, they did reach the flat stone surface that was the Forge's entrance. Para stood Fulgurite up against the wall just a little ways away, "Give me a moment to open the entrance." And so she stood in front of the flat surfaced and closed her eyes, repeating a now familiar ritual as her two gems began to glow while she danced her hands around in circular motions.
Shortly afterwards the featureless stone gave way, opening in all directions to reveal a sizable tunnel leading deep into the volcano and into pitch black darkness. Para went and assisted Fulgurite again, "Now we must simply get inside and the work may begin. Mind the darkness." With one hand Para shined a light to guide them, leading all the way into the large main room of the Forge. Her eyes scanned the room for intruders, not surprised to see there were done, and proceeded to the large anvil that dominated the center of the room. She gestured towards the anvil, "This must serve as your rest spot, get as comfortable as you can. I will prepare my tools. Now, let's light this place up." She turned and reached the raised stone podium in the back of the room, pressing down on it and retreating backwards. Magma flowed throughout the structure, filling up gaps along the walls, lighting the entire place.
Content with having some light to work, Para went and retrieved a number of items from a locked box tucked away out of sight. She returned to the anvil with a number of tools which she set aside on a close by table. She made sure everything was in order before continuing, "Are you ready?"
