After recent events the maintenance of the Forge had increased greatly, the place was spotless aside from the collection of tools Para currently had out. Sitting at the anvil (they finally got some proper chairs) currently working on a digital blueprint on her custom data-pad. As usual the front door to the Forge was open for anyone to enter, despite being busy with her own projects Para was always accepting visitors. Even if her project took priority, considering how rapidly things had been progressing as of late, it wouldn't be right to neglect any requests that might come in.
In the room with her was Light, who she had tasked with familiarizing himself with the new material assembler that she had made with a certain peridot. She gave him some basic instructions of how to use the control panel on the side and how to feed it materials when needed, but aside from that she left him to learn the controls as best he could. Of course if he had any questions she answered, usually without glancing up and she continued working on her plans, occasionally sipping from her recently brewed cup of tea.
Light woke up early and decided to help Para. She was always working on something. Before that he fet Ibi the great cockatiel, made the bed and made a tea for him and Lady Para. He left the room and saw his friend sitting on the anvil "Good morning Lady Para!" He placed the cup of tea on her desk and went to the "material assembler".
He was touching buttons and other things to find out how does ir work "Lady Para... why are we making this again? What is it going to do for us in the future?"
He was quite curious about this. He also didn't know how did she make that. It looked like she was working with someone while he was gone... but who?

This Roleplay is a prequel to Steven Universe to an extent with some slight retconing and its own progression to the story that will turn out differently to how stuff plays out in the show. Thanks to the message by Rose Quartz several gems are rising up to protect Earth and have labelled themselves as the Crystal Gems. Others on earth are remaining aligned to Homeworld though despite the isolation of Earth from Homeworld
All gems on earth are still stranded, the communication hub is still offline and all the space warps are shattered, it has now been revealed that this is the work of Rose Quartz and her small group known as the Crystal gems. They have rebelled against Homeworld and have chosen to protect the Earth (Trapping themselves on Homeworld to keep the warps down).
Now both sides are fighting among themselves along with fighting against the 'Corruption' a virus is infecting many gems turning most of them into mindless monsters, but those with a stronger will seem to becoming something more sinister.
The Game has changed now. The question has finally been posed, are you against Homeworld or allied with them. Or do you have your own agenda that may or may not been assisted by the ‘Corruption’. Regardless the seeds have been placed down and although it is only the beginning the fight for or against Earth and the corruption has begun. The choice is yours for how it is shaped on the Original Steven Universe Roleplay Site.
Orginal Opening Plot Here Thread That Changed Everything
