Checking out my gem and arcs will help out anyone looking to write characters with me. So read through that quickly first!
Quick history, Sillimanite was one of several similar/identical quartz assigned to safeguard a kindergarten from rouge gems trying to shut down the operation. This was a few thousand years back. My Sillimanite when taking off on a ship and was ambushed. Her ship was blown up over the sea, leaving her physical body destroyed along with her crew. Her gem was also damaged from the pressure and heat of the blast. It was chipped, cracked and shards of her gemstone were lost in the water. Thus, Her gem was in the loop of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans for years until they washed up together on beach city.
Plot Progression As of my current introduction thread. steven-universe-rp.proboards.com/thread/2520/sillimanite-on-shores-open?page=1&scrollTo=31196 She's finally reformed her physical body and is realizing things are different from when she last was on Earth. Communication to homeworld is nonexistent now and so is transportation through the warps. Its all been broken, her gem is still damaged from the attack. She's stranded she knows it's bad
Now she's dragging around this Danburite she ran into like some prisoner. They have been the only other gem they have seen since she re-spawned. Silv, oblivious that the kindergarten she was supposed to protect was already deactivated will be headed to the abandoned facility in her next thread looking for homeworld gems that were working there (though because its been thousands of years since the project was in work its unlikely she will find the kind of gems she's looking for. I don't mind the idea of Silv establishing enemies while she's passing through such as crystal gems protecting the reactivation of the kindergarten who would stop her when she's tinkering around with the warp/drills or her first look at corrupted gems.
