Personality
Don't let the perpetual frown on his face fool you. Carbonite suffers from a condition known everywhere as the Resting bitch face. It makes him look much more unapproachable and mean than he actually is. Never the less, he is a rather serious person, who tries to take everyone he meets seriously, and hopes they return the favor. Serious as he might be though, he likes to believe he treats everyone he meets well, so while he doesn't expect people to be nice, he expects them to be at least decent. Naturally, such expectations are naive, and he will probably meet much dismay in the future.
While serious on his work hours (he is a soldier, of sorts), he likes to believe himself to be pretty chill in the after hours. Chill is an exaggeration, however. He is pretty calm; and that's it. He doesn't spend much time on work hours, thankfully. Let it forever be known that the creator of all (just Carbonado, actually) things could not for his life play this guy as he was originally intended. Based on all interactions so far, Carbonado is extremely calm in the most stupid of situations and tends to lean towards kicking the stuffing out of anything to solve a problem. He unabashedly goes through his (relatively) short Gem life not knowing almost anything, and seems to take most situations in stride, once even managing to help a friend having some type of mental breakdown calm by just telling him to calm down.
That said, he is bored a lot, and he gets bored fast. Which is pretty much the only reason he is on Earth; grew so bored with Homeworld he immediately jumped into a warp when gems started flocking to Earth for whatever reason.
His tactics tend to go from 'Kick it hard' to 'Kick harder', with particularly hard fights making him adopt plans such as 'Let it eat you to blow it up from inside'. (Note: This 'plan' was thought up after getting swallowed by a corrupted gem monster.)
He has rather good work ethics, and likes to finish whatever job or task he has been assigned quickly in order to free his time. He has taken rather well to the human concept of sleeping. Not exactly necessary for a gem, but it feels good.
He doesn't think much about the humans around him. Some of them are much smarter than he expected them to be, considering their rather outdated technology. They make cool clothes, though; he has taken to copying them from time to time.
He has always had the weird hobby of kicking stuff, be it pebbles, bottle caps or just people. As most gems, he is a somewhat capable dancer, being able of synchronizing with most gems. His main style is Bboying, which he tries to incorporate as much as possible without irrupting with other gems' styles.

Weapon
Burst Greaves
When his Burst Greaves are out, Carbonado is capable of using them to create jets of energy, enhancing his strikes via energy expulsion. The energy expulsion can be used in a variety of imaginative ways, such as propelling himself out of the way of an attack. The higher Carbonado's power level grows, the more power, speed, distance, and control he gains over his weapon's capabilities.
Abilities
Power Kicking He possesses incredible strength and speed in his legs, allowing him to attack at great velocities. With his amazing leg strength, he is capable of running, jumping and kicking at a superhuman level and beyond the average gem level. He can apply such force to his feet that he is capable of using them as cutting weapons. This ability's overall power is scaled depending on his Power level.
Magic Burst Carbonado can use magical energy to cause an instance of breaking or splitting as a result of internal pressure or puncturing; an explosion. With this ability, he is able of delivering impacts of concussive force which can knock the target back and cause internal and external damage. He can create strikes or attacks that create a pulse-like wave that can cause massive impacts, push enemies back and destroy foundations of structures. This ability's overall power is scaled depending on his Power level.
Fusions: None.
History
A relatively young homeworld gem that enlisted in Homeworld's Army, he received training in combat as most average soldiers do, doing somewhat well in most of courses. He discovered his love for kicking the ever loving stuffing out of stuff during combat training; the unfortunate gem who helped him discover this love got to practice their regeneration abilities.
This didn't exactly endear him to some of his officers or fellow trainees, but he got to learn of his affinity for kicking techniques, which all in all, seems like a pretty good trade off in hindsight.
He wasn't particularly interested in Planet Earth nor in staying on it for too long, but plenty of other gems seemed to be going to the blue rock. He wasn't all that curious by nature, but something interesting must have been happening there if so many gems kept going there, right?
To this day, he still doesn't know exactly why there were so many other gems moving to Earth. He does know that he is trapped in the godforsaken rock with nothing but human music, sleeping and their cool taste in clothes to keep himself entertained. At least he doesn't have to actually work anymore.
Character Arc:
-A Wandering Fool: Carbonado wanders around the Earth with no direction in particular, meeting all kinds of gems, from wannabe heroes to wannebe villains, making pointed opinions and generally making sure to kick them down a peg or two by pointing out the logical fallacies in the way they act. All of this without even realizing he might not sound all that nice or that people might take offense to this. No reason for this arc other than generally entertain the readers.
-Questing for the Greek Pantheon: Carbonado wanders around the Earth, again with no direction, though thankfully with a party this time. He helps his friends find strange, ancient Gem Artifacts by with pure luck and extensive use of Trope knowledge abuse.
