((Gonna spread it out over a few posts so I can get dat power. ))
A beacon of light expanded from the snow covered warp pad, piercing through the snow clouds and melting away the snow that had accumulated on top of it. A moment later, a blue gem materialized on top of the transportation device and immediately hopped off. Indicolite was mildly surprised when he finally took in the scenery. It had been too long since he had last been here, but the weather had changed significantly. Instead of being perpetually sunny, the sky was now covered in a blanket of gray, and a constant torrent of snow assured that visibility would be low. With a small sigh, the blue gem made his way to the other side of the Alaskan mountain.
A few cold, wet hours later, Indicolite stumbled into the cave that he had discovered last time. It took a few minutes for him to find the entrance because it was covered in snow, but after a few seconds of melting the ice away, Indy was able to get in. He quickly took a few more steps into the cave and crouched. The blue gem hastily brushed away snow, ice, and debris on the ground and revealed what looked to be manufactured flooring. There was no doubt in Indicolite's mind that this was an old gem temple. He stood up once again and looked into the void ahead of him, mentally preparing for the ordeal. With a small sigh, Indy began his trek deeper into the cave.
After only a few moments, it became too dark for Indy to see, so he raised his left hand and illuminated the path forward with a few flames. He couldn't help but marvel at the the beautiful ice stalactites that hung from the ceiling of the cave as he continued his stroll forward. It was thanks to his admiration of nature that Indy didn't notice that his next step was down. Before the blue gem had time to register what was happening, Indy was sliding down a steep icy slope that seemed infinite. Strangely, he didn't yell or scream as he fell to his possible doom or as his flames flickered out. Instead, he was already drawing his sword from his gem and getting ready to drive it into the icy wall. He waited a moment before thrusting his sword into the icy slope as hard as he could, which sadly slowed his descent only slightly. It was at this point that Indy felt an ounce of panic rise into his throat, but he knew he had to figure out another way to slow his fall. Fortunately, or unfortunately, the blue gem didn't have to worry for too much because just as he was about to formulate an idea, he landed in a pile of snow.
