OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
The engines roared within the engine bay, echoing it's sound throughout the first level of the ship. A group of scientist's crowded the monitor room which is located next to the engine bay, they seem disgruntled and of course clearly not enjoying the loud and crude noise the engine's were making. Clearly it's only hours away for them to arrive at their destination, they should be in their cabins right now! but their head leader, namely called "The Mad Scientist" known for her crazy inventions and theories in homeworld. She called them to the monitor room to specifically jot down notes for this next "test" result.
"Remind us, why we are here again Obsidian?" one of the newer accepted member of the group spoke to the comms.
The black gem in the monitor didn't respond, she only snapped her fingers and a small circular droid floated to her, appearing from the ship's ceiling. " Initiate Beta Test 012" She finally spoke up. The ball only stood there for a second and floated off screen, several new sounds proceeded within the Test chambers and the camera moved to the north of the room, where a gem is tied up and several of those ball droids were surrounded it.
"What's going on this time? That's the last remaining 3 gems we we're handed over by Yellow Diamond! we were supposed to make these test subject last until at least landed on Earth! she's wastin-" Another gem spoke up before being completely cut off by Obsidian "Are you questioning my research?" She said, not turning back to the camera.
"N-no." The gem stuttered.
"Good, i'll have to talk to you later then." her tone was sinister with a tint of playfulness between them, she proceeded to move to the gem strapped to the chair, which was frantically trying to escape, only to get shocked by the shocking binds that were strapped around his wrist and ankles. "You know, the more you struggle" She paused, she motioned her hand to order a droid to bring her a strange looking item from her counter, it was a shard made with several mechanical attachments to it. She grabbed it and simply flicked the switch on it, springing it to life, the shard was being sprayed by the small little water jets that was shooting it, coaxing it for a 'clean cut' "The harder it is for me to conclude my research? And i know for a fact you don't want to be here right now. So let's cut to the chase"
With a simple flick of her wrist she cleaved the gem's arm off, only after being brutally attacked by the Mad Scientist, the trapped gem 'poofed' itself to it's gem like state. She knew for the gem to come out again would take hours or minutes which is why she called her group to monitor the test. She gave back the modified blade back to her little robot droid helper and proceeded to exit the test room. "If that subject managed to reappear again, proceed to call me. If not." she turned to camera, her face resembles of a gem who has completely lost any sanity left within them. "Then i'll have more subjects to test on~"
1 HOUR(S) LATER.
Two ships have proceeded to land in the Kindergarten, finally the engine died out and the Scientists in the monitor room finally can hear silence, that is until the gem reappeared once again but something seems amiss in him, the arm that Obsidian cleaved off seems to be still missing!
"Obsidian the gem is awake." One of the scientist had used the comms. within fractions of minutes Obsidian opened the door in the test room, she simply walked up to the dazed gem, the little robot droid floating near her brought the shard once again. Without giving the gem to even acknowledge what's going on, Obsidian flicked the switch on the shard and stabbed it through the gems "Gempiece" shattering it with the shards modifications, Obsidian backed away, dropping the shard on the ground which from the over extensive use of it, causing it to create a small explosion, destroying it for now.
"Conclude Beta Test 012" Obsidian said to her droid. " I want everyone back to their cabins and presume duties until further notice." She ordered through the comms.
