Appearance: Zeurl looks almost completely human. He has red eye and white hair. he hides his left eye behind a bandage as well as bandages covering his left arm. under those bandages is the warped parts of his form. his left arm looks like the night sky on a clear day. where his left eye glows like a star at night.

Personality: Zerul is a quiet person. he isn't afraid to speak his mind. He feels strongly for the underdeveloped humans. wanting to ensure they dont go down a path of self destruction. but thats only his good half. the other half of him is eger to wage war and destroy anything that lays in his path. He may not be a fusion or able to properly fuse with others. but he makes up for that in will power.

Likes/Dislikes: (good half): Likes: sunny days, friends who accept him for what he is. Dislikes: Being judged for actions that are out of his control. Being used by others for there own gain. (Evil half): Likes: Chaos, the sight of a burning city, Screams of agony and pain. Dislikes: his good half for everything he does.

Fears: Zerul fears of loosing himself completely to his evil half.

Weapon: Sword

Ability 1: (good half): Iron wall. -His ability to manipulate nearby metal allows him to generate a wall or tower shield depending. Iron wall if there is metal in the area it will pull from 30 feet away. only loose stuff its not strong enough to move a car. unless it doesn't have its parking breaks on. The ore version can only work on exposed ore veins. the square shield is only a few panels thick just enough to block melee attacks. but can be punched through or destroyed with a strong enough blow. The wall is depented on whats available but max size is about 8 feet wide by 6 feet tall. The walls curves inwards like a sphere allowing it to redirect head on attack, but attacks that are angled any other way will not be deflected and will damage the wall as normal. Upon creating the wall its not able to be moved nor are the parts usable to make another wall untill the wall the completely destroyed. (2 post cooldown upon wall's destruction)

Ability 2:(evil half):Infernal Furnace: Diopside is able to augment natural fire, allowing it to burn far hotter than normal. To the point that water will not quell it. Additionally he is able to engulf his own body in purple flames. These flames acting as a fuel for his own fire based attacks, Firstly he is able to use these fires in conjunction with his own sword, causing its swings to create a hovering wave of fire similar almost looking like a energy slice in appearance.

These 'Slices' lack potency and size,only being as wide as his sword but they inflict a painful but minor burn if they make contact at close range, if they are near their cut off of about 15 feet then they are as weak as a hot towel being thrown at you.

His secondary attack though is far more potent, when he charges his fire he is able to form it into a concentrated bullet like projectile that he can launch as fast as a arrow although lacking the same penetration. If this thing makes contact at maximum speed though the fire of the bullet will expand to a 6 inch radius before dissipating,leaving a 2nd degree burn where the fire made contact. It takes 1 post of charging though before Diposide can fire it.



Fusions:

History:
Zerul was one of the few gemstones that fail to awaken in the kindergarten. This wasn't an uncommon occurrence but to try and improve yield of the kindergartens these few gemstones were sent for experimentation. The researchers were quite careless with the gems as most never survive one experiment. A Diopside gem was brought to a special lab. This lab was specifically to harness warp energy to either make better stronger warp gates, or energize special crystals for communication through the warp.

Curious to see what would happen if they energized the gemstone they hooked it up into the special device. Once the experiments began they kept a close eye on their readings. It was stable but there was no activity from the gem. wanting to make progress one of the higher ups decides to bring the focal matrix closer thus exposing the gem to even more Warp energy.

What happened next was something unforeseen. The gem turned black just before flames started to errupt from the gem. The flames made a sphere from within the sphere a physical form emerged. The machine was turned off so the scientists could approach. As soon as they got close with there various devices the flames reappeared and engulfed the lab. The warning sirens were going off signaling damage was occurring to the warp matrix. Fearing an explosion that could level the city they purge the room into the warp.

Without any energy left the form returns to the gem and begins to drift in the void between warps. As it drifts through the void it finds itself into an unstable warp trail. This trail led to earth, but due to its unstable nature it ejects him in space above the planet. After crash landing on the planet it lays dormant for a few years. When he finally wakes up he finds himself on a cliff side overlooking a city. after his physical form fully formed he begins looking around. He was lost and confused trying to find some answers.

When he entered the town he was met with some rather strange looks. as he made his way through the city he could feel something wasn't right. When one of the civilians threw a brick at him it happened. The evil side took over and began burning down the city. the Purple flames were sight to behold but the destruction was total. only a handful of people escaped the inferno. Once the flames subsided the good side regained control. Seeing the destruction he wanted to prevent it. Looking for answers he comes across beach city. He hides his his left arm and eye behind some bandages before entering town.

Character Arcs: The big Arc is that he wants to eliminate his evil half so he wouldn't put others lives at risk. To learn how to control his gem powers. currently he knows next to nothing other than makeshift forms.

On here we tend to try and keep the characters being real gemstones instead of fantasy ones.There is a variety of gemstones though that originate from outer space.Stuff like Tektite or Pallasite (Which is literally a meteorite). If you wanted something that tied into the site more you could go with a Star gem (Star Diopside,Star Spinel,Star Topaz,Star Ruby ect) (You see on here there was actually a plot event regarding a character called Black Star Sapphire who was in a similar position of being ingrained between the warps, originally he was Orange sapphire but due to the accident and the constant exposure to the dimension outside the warps his gem slowly mutated into Black Star Sapphire. Since your history mentions that your gems travelled between the warps and was created by infusing the energy of the warps into him then you could also be a Star gemstone if you wanted.

Also we don't tend to allow body armour for gems since Metals are going to be introduced and their main gimmick is that they have armour instead of weapons.

There is more but currently the main thing is changing your gemstone,then we can work from there.

Sorry i lost track of time and its rather late here so im not going to get into the bulk of things.'

So to begin with,i think you should just get rid of the void prefix with your gemstone name,its not really required. Apart from that Black Peridot doesn't exist either. Peridot is one of the few gems only found in shades of yellow to green.

You need more details regarding your abilities aswell,how large is the iron wall,how may can you create, cooldowns for the wall,how durable is it.

Same with the fire,Whats its range? Do you create fire from your body and use it or can you generate fire around you aswell,in this case what is the range.

Now im delving into more of my own personal opinion instead of required changes.

Mainly are the robotic parts really required? Gems seem to not have robotic enhances very often due to their physical forms being so flexible. Even if your defective wouldn't it make more sense to manifest in different ways then missing limbs that are replaced by robotics.Considering your connection to the warp void would it not match more to have your eye and arm infused with the void energy,making them look strange. Like perhaps they almost look like they have stars on them,making them look like they are a window into the void or something.

Personally to me it just seems like having full cybernetic parts on a character based on Steven Universe seems a little jarring, when there is potentially others things you could do that matches a little more with your past .

This is more of my own rambling and opinion though, you don't have to change it.

(Granted though some parts of your history will need to be changed regarding the robotics if you do keep them, its a little strange/contrived that you are able to make a full robotic limb and eye from earth scrap at all,with no sort of prior tech experience or skill to boot.)

So your first ability sorta works like magnetism,drawing metals towards you and allowing to to create a 'scrap' wall, or if you don't have enough for a wall you can create a shield?

Being able to pull ore is a little inconsistent, you could basically always just say that the area has ores that you can dig up.In which case its then basically the equivalent of generating metal, and then its like,"why not have it be metal generation and save the trouble?"

So it may be better to remove being able to draw ores and have it be that you only pull metal from the surface (Unless you in a cave with exposed ores,in that case you could probably pull out the veins.)

As for your second ability,its somewhat unclear and awkwardly worded


So in its most basic form the ability lets you
1.augment natural fire
2.generate fire on your body
3.control natural fire
4.control the fire on your body

Is that true? because understanding what it does means i can help clarify the wording for the ability and also determine whether it requires any balance tweaks.

ok made the change to the metal thing. and i see what you mean with the fire ability. He can generate fire on himself. manipulate it enough to use for attacking. if there is a natural burning fire his presence naturally strengthens it. causing it to be harder to snuff out. the heat from his flames is hot enough to evaporate water. more concentrated sources will get through. um...what else is needed?

So what do you mean by attacking? Like standard fireballs?making the flames lash out like whips?or making a sorta 'beam' of fire come out of your body in whatever direction your facing, Or something else.

So pretty much what sort of attacks could you do with the fire? With something as physically volatile as fire it does need to be focused on something more specific then just 'all encapsulating control of the fire around my body that could basically let me do anything with it'.So think of one attack that you could do with it and just have that,plus being covered in fire,plus being able to augment flames.
Some attacks you could use
1. Fireballs
2. Fire Tendrils
3. Fire Beam
4. Fire Shockwave: You create a ring of about 3.5 feet high flames that starts around you and then grows to a 7 foot radius before dissipating.
5.Fire Breath
6.Fire immunity (Its not really a attack but could be handy)
ect

Don't bother changing stuff your app until we have the details figured out,that way you don't waste time rewriting stuff when it not required. So pretty much, any idea for what attack you want to have?

Metal attacks.
1. Tower Shield - metal forms around the users arm to create a shield that is resistant to attacks. similar to tower shields from the mid evil era.

2. metal Wall - Metal forms into a wall that deflects attacks and is resistant to physical blows. ranged attacks are either stopped or deflected upwards.

3. Shrapnel rain - shreads metal in the air before raining down on the battlefield. The area it hits is random due to being unable to see where its going to hit, but it makes up for it for the size of the area hit. (60% chance of hurting user)

Fire Attacks

1. Flame Wave - by swinging the sword it creates a wave of fire that dissipates at range. at its longest range its like someone just threw a hot towel at you.

2. Pyro blast - Concentrates the fire around the user before leaping high into the air and launching down with an extreme amount of force. The resulting explosion is pure collateral damage.

3. Fire bolt - by focusing the flames into his left hand he can then launch it like a bullet towards whatever he wants. (takes 10 seconds to charge)(for RP sake i say 1 post.)

Probably lose the shrapnel blast,since your scrap ability seems to lean more towards defence.

I mentioned having a single attack fire attack so it could be balanced a little easier but its fine. Since you already have the additional fire stuff stacked ontop of it I would say lose the Pyroblast.

I do have a question about the flame wave, do you mean this is more like a slice of fire you create from the sword that could also be aimed upwards into the air, something like this
 
Or do you mean more of a shortish wall of fire (a few feet) that comes out of your sword,that has to stay on the ground as it moves?

Just want to get all that stuff down before i potentially do a example explanation of your ability.

So that would be how i explain it, i assumed with fire bullets they wouldn't be solid and would instead basically 'burst' on impact burning a small area on the gem, plus i made them as fast as a arrow,gotta give people some chance to dodge.

Nearly Done now, something that i like to check. Do you understand how the power system works on here? Like how does being a rank higher than you affect how a fight would happen.

Its somewhat lengthy and detailed due to the amount of aspects you have to your power. That was basically the minimum amount of wording i could do (give or take) to explain all the important aspects of the power and how it functions while keeping it neat and easy to understand.
