Lapis nodded slowly to Ame's first observation. "Yes, I thought it would have looked differently after hearing about all of the atrocities the rebels committed. Maybe they weren't such bad atrocities after all." She beamed as she opened her mouth answer questions about Ruby, but that slowly faded as Blue began to speak instead. Hearing her through to the end, Lapis blinked. "Really? It was this simple to become a Crystal Gem? You didn't even hear what she had to say first." Despite that, her smile returned. It's almost as if she had forgotten about any past lying, or maybe she was already over it. "Well... congratulations Ame! I think. If this is what you came over here to do."
It took Ame a moment to process what Blue Goldstone had just told her; the quartz stared for a moment, unaware of the fact that her lip was falling open as she seemed to almost be short-circuiting. Deep indigo eyes fluttered for a second, then she tuned into what Lapis had said, and her brows furrowed.
"I'm...I'm a rebel..." She muttered,"I'm a Crystal Gem, huh?" She swallowed. This is what she had wanted, right? This was the right way to go, right? In any case there was no turning back, a member of the Crystal Gems had given her the title and recognized her as someone worthy of being a part of their cause. Excitement gleamed in her dark eyes, but underneath uncertainty churned. Her eyes met with Blue Goldstone's, and she gave a nod,"Right, uh...I was always 6UE back home, but call me Ame," She grinned, and shook out her arms a bit to loosen up her jitters. She chuckled when she thought about Lapis's reaction to her quick initiation into the rebellion, and glanced to the free spirited blue gem,"You know, I thought it'd be harder too, thought this place would be filled with hard-nosed militants, but I'm glad to help, glad to be here. It's probably time I gave up trying to...well, trying to lie to myself. I've been doing it for a long time," Her eyes trailed downward, then flicked back upward,"Thanks for being patient with me, all of you,"
Blue nodded she stood up. "You're gonna wanna loose that diamond insignia as soon as possible." She said simply. "Wouldn't want some other rebel to come along and mistake you for a loyalist." She says and stands up, puffing out her star adorned chest. "This is our symbol, you don't have to worry about it for a good bit of time, but when you have the chance, give it some thought." She said. Opalite walked over after a bit, her hands behind her back and held her hand out. "I guess we're comrades now, I'll just have to live with that, I'm sure I'll come to like you eventually." She says and gives her best smile. Blue smiles and nods she looks at Ame. "I'd be glad to train with you." She says.
Lapis thought on Amethyst's comment, trying to figure out what significance the hardness of the rebel's noses had. She ruminated on that right up until Blue finished her final sentenced. "Me too!" She chimed in from where she sat on the floor. "Er... well... unless that arena is mostly for Crystal Gems and I'm not allowed to go there. But if you ever wanted to train with me, Ruby and I are working on a very nice circle of dirt outside of town! I don't think we can put any stars in the dirt, but..." She shrugged, "I think Ruby and I and the rebels want the same thing. She and I are just... not as interested in large battles or shattering gems or committing war crimes." Lapis smiled innocently.
At Blue's words, she glanced down at what she was wearing, slight embarrassment showing on her cheeks-- Blue was right, soon she'd have to nix any sign that she was a Homeworld gem, because she wasn't, not any more. Ame puffed up a bit, her expression becoming more rigid and serious as she thought on it, though soon Opalite had offered her words. The amethyst guard wasn't all that sure about this gesture, especially considering these two gems had been her enemies in battle not long ago; the stumped quartz might have looked a bit googly eyed trying to figure out what the appropriate response was,"Uh-- well, I--" She paused, and gave solemn expression to Opalite as she looked the gem in her eyes, "I hope I'm able to make a better impression in the future,"
Her dour expression broke a little as Blue offered to train with her, and she managed a smile as Lapis also spoke up...until the gem went on, and the corners of her lips again dipped down, and her eyes lowered. Was joining the Crystal Gems truly the right move? Was Lapis right about them committing war crimes? Her eyes darted to Blue and Opalite, she wasn't sure how those two would take hearing something like that. She cleared her throat, "I'm up for training any time, any place!" and chuckled awkwardly, trying to clear the air a bit, though she wondered if she should've said more.
Blue looked to Lapis and frowned. "Don't claim to know about crime until you've actually committed it, if you had been put through what we had, you would have probably done the same." She says. "Besides, I know I chose right, it was to save the gem I love, and I would do it 1000 times over to keep her from harm." Blue stated before hearing Ame speak, she looked down at the Purple gem and grinned. "One quick tip for later, you want your grip loose, not tight, you want to be able to change the position of your sword without any trouble, only grip the blade hard when blocking." She says and reached up, patting the purple gem's shoulder.
Opalite nodded and walked off, trying to occupy herself again, thinking of the many thing she needed to accomplish, that THEY needed to accomplish.
This Site will likely have unmarked Spoilers for the entirety of the Steven Universe Franchise, it is recommended that you go watch the show if you have not already before looking around the site.
Note: This Roleplay is an AU to Steven Universe, with its own Story to tell that will deviate from the show. While the show focused on Rose’s Son Steven, The RP instead presents an AU, where Rose started the rebellion conflict in modern day instead of 6000 years ago, and the story focuses on the conflict between the Homeworld loyalists, and Crystal Gem Rebels.

Differances Between the Roleplay and the Show
•Within the Show, Rose Quartz Rebelled against Homeworld 6000 years ago. On the Site she waited and only started the rebellion in 2013
•In the Show, Pink Diamond was Shorter then the other Diamonds, and only had a short time commanding her Colony before the rebellion started. On the Site, as Rose Hesitated, Pink has had several thousands of years experience in managing her colony, and additionally is of a height and stature the same as Blue and Yellow Diamond.
•In the Show, the Colony was very early in production before the rebellion happened, thus explaining the lack of frequent Gem structures on Earth. In the Roleplay, the Earth has the same amount of Gem structures as the show, buts its because construction on Pink's colony was very slow due to Earth being on the furthest Edge of the Gem empire
•In the Show, the Crystal Temple was implied to have been built after the Rebellion, On the Site, its implied to have been retrofitted from a Homeworld Temple structure.
