3JJ pushed herself up to her full, towering height. A sly grin pulled over her lips, and she pulled her hand away, revealing the perfect sheen of her jasper core. "If this was a real fight, you'd be in a real bind right now," She grumbled sardonically, then smacked her head a few times between her palms and shook out her whole musculature. She spun the baton around in her grip, and began to back peddle while keeping her eyes locked on Phenakite, "I've got a thick head, worry about yourself there, soldier," She wouldn't launch herself at Phenakite just yet, after all the gem had just stopped the fight to try to offer her aid; it was a reminder to the whole stadium that the two of them weren't really enemies.
For Padparadscha, a gem often caught in the whirl of investigative lifestyle, dealing with the shadowy causes behind the rebellion, it was profound to see Phenakite, still dizzy from the attack, extend help to her opponent. For the sapphire, it was almost an allegory; gems were not meant to be fighting gems, they were meant to be working together, helping one another. It was enough to bring just a bit of moisture to the aristocrat's eyes, though she wouldn't want to be seen shedding tears or otherwise being overly emotional among her peers, and quickly dabbed it away.

"...I don't believe this." Topaz, silent throughout the whole fight, decided to voice her incredulity at the whole situation. Phenakite's preamble before the battle and her actions during had clearly displayed her loyalty and skill - but for what reason did she show such traits immediately to what amounted to an 'owner' that she hasn't met before? Were Quartz soldiers just... better at not questioning orders? Topaz leaned back, exhaling out her nose as the battle continued and thoughts streaked across her mind. The act of kindness left many Gems in shock as they realized that this wasn't just for violence - this activity was sanctioned for camraderie above all else. Whatever the outcome of the fight, be it good or bad, wouldn't matter much either way. Topaz's vision focused as Phenakite took the grace period gifted to her and prepared to go back in, swords at the ready.
Padparadscha peered toward Topaz as she spoke, though it seemed the gem was talking to herself more than anything, and otherwise seemed focused on what had transpired. Still, sitting for long periods of time without speaking had always made Padparadscha uncomfortable, and she was tempted to coax Topaz into further conversation,"Unexpected to be sure. From what court does Phenakite originate?" As the sapphire spoke quietly, Pink Pearl-- who had been exceptionally quiet up to this point-- continued to keep her focus on what was happening below.
Despite her tough talk, 3JJ couldn't just brush off such a solid impact straight onto the top of her head; she gave her head and shoulders another wriggle, attempting to shake it out, but the pain was stubborn. Now with a mighty headache and a lesion on her leg, the jasper used this moment to carefully watch Phenakite, sizing up the damage that had been inflicted to her opponent. However, she didn't want to give her opponent too much time to recover, and decided to quickly dive into the offensive, tumbling forward into a spin dash. She peeled toward Phenakite, sending dust and gravel blasting into the low level atmosphere surrounding them, gaining more momentum as she raced over the distance she created, and aimed straight for the more lithe quartz.
This Site will likely have unmarked Spoilers for the entirety of the Steven Universe Franchise, it is recommended that you go watch the show if you have not already before looking around the site.
Note: This Roleplay is an AU to Steven Universe, with its own Story to tell that will deviate from the show. While the show focused on Rose’s Son Steven, The RP instead presents an AU, where Rose started the rebellion conflict in modern day instead of 6000 years ago, and the story focuses on the conflict between the Homeworld loyalists, and Crystal Gem Rebels.

Differances Between the Roleplay and the Show
•Within the Show, Rose Quartz Rebelled against Homeworld 6000 years ago. On the Site she waited and only started the rebellion in 2013
•In the Show, Pink Diamond was Shorter then the other Diamonds, and only had a short time commanding her Colony before the rebellion started. On the Site, as Rose Hesitated, Pink has had several thousands of years experience in managing her colony, and additionally is of a height and stature the same as Blue and Yellow Diamond.
•In the Show, the Colony was very early in production before the rebellion happened, thus explaining the lack of frequent Gem structures on Earth. In the Roleplay, the Earth has the same amount of Gem structures as the show, buts its because construction on Pink's colony was very slow due to Earth being on the furthest Edge of the Gem empire
•In the Show, the Crystal Temple was implied to have been built after the Rebellion, On the Site, its implied to have been retrofitted from a Homeworld Temple structure.
