Gems art a race of humanoid entities known f'r their correlation to different types of semiprecious and precious gemstone that can be found on earth. These creatures can summon weapons from their gem,have special abilities,can shapeshift,and retreat into their gem to regenerate when they go under too much teen 'r damage." He paused to take a drink from his coffee "They also can become corrupt'd. Fundamentally they art gems that hast become evil, wishing harm upon others constantly and oft using thither powers f'r thither own gain 'r to try and convince others to bow down to the corruption like they hast. The corruption process isnt something instantaneous either. It takes time to begin physically effecting the gem and in its early and middle stages the gemstone can still retain thither human form and blend with other. It only in the final and later stages that the gem can assume a cockatrices form along with a ingraft form" (Dont really wanna copy+paste the original,search it up yourself.)
