(I have not written an RP in so long o.o In this, I shall explain why Spinel has been absent, but I genuinely don't care about my other characters so I shall kill Labra in this one and maybe kill Cach later. I don't have time to complete this, as I have school tomorrow and it's super late. Let it begin o.o)
If Spinel was being honest with himself, it was rather boring inside of his own Gem. He had been pondering it for however long he'd been in there, not keeping track of the date. As the days went by, he wondered if it was safe to regenerate or not.
What had happened, if you are wondering, was a storm. A lightning strike hit a tree that was close to Spinel's tent. The tree fell shortly after the strike and almost crushed Spinel's gem. Luckily for him, however, the tree wasn't large enough to encompass both his torso and his arms.
Spinel eventually worked himself up to regenerate, a purple glow emanating from his rising gem. Once he materialized, he quickly summoned his chakram and looked around frantically. Once realizing it was safe, he dissipated his chakram and walked about the island, seeing if it had been visited in his absence.
To his surprise, the island was practically untouched. Returning back to his destroyed tent, he realized how close he was to death. If the tree was a few inches to the left, he wouldn't be here to ponder this. His dreams, his plans, they would go without execution. It was time for him to get serious about his work. The other Gems needed to know just what his game was, and what the consequence for interfering was.
He needed to make an example.
