Name: Morganite (Prefers to go by simply "Morgan")
Appeared Gender: Female
Appeared Age: Physical body looks closer to a small framed 15 or 16 year old. However, mental state and ability is closer to 18 or 20.
Gemstone: Morganite
Gemstone Location: Dorsal side of the left hand.
Faction: Crystal Gem
Corrupted: No
(If Corrupted)Monster Form: N/A
Appearance:
Personality: Morgan is a very shy and reserved girl, fairly outspoken however in her general intelligence and loyalty to friends close to her. Though she would definitely be considered cowardly and vaguely incompetent in battle, she makes up for it by being a "nerd", well versed in certain aspects of Earthling culture. Still, as one only recently getting over being sickly, she carries a meek and unconfident stature overall.
Her tendency to collect random things is a bit of an oddity to others, said collection ranges from things as normal as magazines, comics, video games, and "merchandise" like plushies, to odder things; like a pine cone, various rocks, and even ink pens.
At the end of the day however, her lack of strength both visibly and physically is made up for by her intelligence in which she is good with strategy and her attempts in being one step ahead of her enemies whoever they may be. She definitely has a long way to go towards growing stronger as a person, but with her approachability (Whether her shyness allows communication towards those approaching her or not) allows for her to augment the need for growth with companionship typically.
Likes/Dislikes:
Likes:
Friendship
Honor
Culture
Her collection of oddities
Dislikes:
Those with "Too much power when they don't know how to use it properly"
Combat in general
Fears:
Being unable to protect her friends, or losing them.
Weapon: An energy firing Shotgun, an energy firing Assault Rifle, and a dagger.
Hammerspace and Timestop.
Ability 1: Morgan can store items in a pocket dimension and pull them out at will. (Really has no mechanical use, just sounds fun.)
Ability 2: Morgan can stop time for an incredibly limited amount of time, allowing her to use her weapons to a highly effective degree, however it's effect is taxing on her already meek body. Allows her to attack multiple times in the same turn with little retaliation, but has a massive cool down of 8 turns.
Fusions: None currently??
History: Her history begins with her creation on the homeworld, though she leads a fairly regular life of servitude for a long time, She suffers quite a lot of the oppression faced by those in servitude - made worse by her having been born very sickly from the start, the difficulties are to such a degree that despite her reserved and fearful nature, even she takes a risk at escape. A risk that could have very well failed had a warrior under the servitude of the diamonds not come to her aid. For all of her intelligence, Morgan could scarely think up a plan to escape beyond an almost "bull-rush the gate" strategy.
Though she succeeded in escaping, she has yet to discover the fate of the one who saved her - And with the revelation of the rebellion, the truth behind their creation, and the tyranny of her home world, she has chosen reluctantly to side with this new rebellion for fear of being forced back into servitude. Despite her weaknesses, she is trying her best to aid them through means not neccesarily alligned solely with fighting.
Character Arcs:
Morgan's physical maturing:
Faced with the fear of being too weak to fight, to really change anything at all with her efforts as they are now, Morgan soon comes to terms and begins working past her sickly nature. By the end of this metamorphisis, she takes on a new outlook, a stronger understanding and will, and the power to fight with all of her might.
Finding the truth:
Despite the transmissions, there are still things to wonder, so many questions that Morgan herself has. despite how much she hated her birthplace, she still fears for the silence of her people. She will have to seek the truth somehow, and decide if she really still cares about her race as much as she thought she did, or if they're a lost cause.
