PR couldn't stop weeping after hear Green Pearl's whole history. Before she just knew some things about her, like: "I serve an emerald..." and "...gone...shattered...rebels...", but she didn't understand it right the first time. When she realized she couldn't stop, she put her own headdress to cover her eyes, so she didn't see what was happening, but she felt something weird. PR still trying to hide behind Radiant from Green Pearl, she felt a similar sensation of when Peridot is taking over, but it wasn't Peridot this time, just felt some lack of empathy and emptiness, but it couldn't be from PR since she was really worried about Green Pearl and wanted to help Cat's Eye and Radiant too.
A flash of pain came across Pearl's face at the yellow gem's question regarding her owner. How could she ask such a thing? She chose not to answer this insensitive question; no soldier would be so rude, even to a lowly pearl like herself. But then again, she did seem young, so perhaps it was just inexperience. To the white gem's question, however, she knew she must answer him, or else there would be consequences. For one, he seemed to be the most logical, the most level-headed of the group, reminding her of Emerald to some degree. Perhaps he is a beryl as well? It was true being alone was not healthy for her, and it took a toll on her mental health, but she wondered, would her owner approve of this? Traveling with another gem? Then, she remembered, she was shattered.
At last, Green Pearl formulated an answer. "Yes, I will accompany you." She gave a submissive smile to the white gem. Despite that rebel peridot accompanying them as well, this group of gems was the only thing she had to real company as of now.
How far things can go off the rails. This was all supposed to be a relatively okay traching trip for Cat's Eye, and now this. Well, at least Radiant got something out of it, but now, he did not know what to do? The sun was setting and he wanted to go home, but to him the question was, should he bring the Peridot back to his home? She was the most suspicious and aeven was rude to the white beryl on several occasions. But to keep up his nice facade, he was forced to speak: "The sun is already setting. I think we should go to my home, don't worry, I have enough room for all of you. Peridot and Pearl, would you both like to come?"
"Already?!" the gem exclaimed in disbelief. Looking above her, up at the sky, orange was peaking through the canopy of the jungle. So be it. Cat's Eye wished they had more time to explore the island, and yet they did not accomplish everything they wanted to do that day. Well, Radiant had found an inhabitant on the island, Green Pearl. The short gem lowered her head, now making eye contact with the slim one. "Radiant's home isn't that bad. You can relax and look out at the skyline," she told PR and Pearl. With how attached she seemed to this island, Cat's Eye wondered if she would leave it. With how pained she looked when the yellow gem asked who her owner was, she knew that it was a bad memory to bring up. She shouldn't had said that... Yet, the peridot behind the white beryl looked like she had met the pearl before.
Maybe she knows who Pearl's owner is, she thought. Tapping PR's shoulder, she whispered to her, "Hey, do you know who Pearl's owner was?" She glanced over at the pearl, and then back to the lime green gem. "I feel like you two have met before..." ?"
She wasn't able to think clearly, but tried to answer Cat's Eye. "When we first met she said her owner was an Emerald, but please... let's try to not talk about this, it hurts" PR whispered to Cat's Eye and took her Shoulder Spikes plugging them back. She finally stopped weeping. She stood up and stopped trying to hide from Green Pearl, then she got near the Pearl, looked deeply into her eyes, then stepped back without saying anything. PR didn't know where they were about to go now, but it didn't matter, she just couldn't help but think that Green Pearl was upset with her. Despite being afraid of what could come next, she ended up talking. "There's nothing i can do to erase the pain i may have done to you, so... If you could forgive me, i would be glad".
"I would be glad to come with you," she told the white gem. She clasped her hands together, waiting for the peridot's answer. When she emerged from behind the other two gems, the pearl's eye narrowed. She did not speak a word to her, keeping in mind that she was a rebel. The gem did not forgive rebels as easily as she did with gems who still served the Diamonds. She looked behind her, up at the hill evident on the island. Green Pearl remembered that the shards of her owner were up in the cave she resided in, currently unprotected. Worry crossed her face as she turned back to the group. "I have something I want to bring with me, but it is in the cave I reside in." This was mainly directed towards the white gem, but she hoped the yellow gem would allow her to do so as well. "If you would be so kind, please allow me to go retrieve it." She frowned. "It's... important to me. I will not part without it."

This Roleplay is a prequel to Steven Universe to an extent with some slight retconing and its own progression to the story that will turn out differently to how stuff plays out in the show. Thanks to the message by Rose Quartz several gems are rising up to protect Earth and have labelled themselves as the Crystal Gems. Others on earth are remaining aligned to Homeworld though despite the isolation of Earth from Homeworld
All gems on earth are still stranded, the communication hub is still offline and all the space warps are shattered, it has now been revealed that this is the work of Rose Quartz and her small group known as the Crystal gems. They have rebelled against Homeworld and have chosen to protect the Earth (Trapping themselves on Homeworld to keep the warps down).
Now both sides are fighting among themselves along with fighting against the 'Corruption' a virus is infecting many gems turning most of them into mindless monsters, but those with a stronger will seem to becoming something more sinister.
The Game has changed now. The question has finally been posed, are you against Homeworld or allied with them. Or do you have your own agenda that may or may not been assisted by the ‘Corruption’. Regardless the seeds have been placed down and although it is only the beginning the fight for or against Earth and the corruption has begun. The choice is yours for how it is shaped on the Original Steven Universe Roleplay Site.
