Likes/Dislikes:Ruby really enjoys spending time with her friends, cooking, eating, hats (as well as various other non-gem clothing items), and of course the earth and organics/life (excluding humans). Ruby dislikes humans, and agates (She had a bad experience with a rude agate once).
Fears:Humans, musical instruments, getting angry.
Ability 2: Ruby is resistant to heat. This means that she could conceivably walk through hot coals, fire, or lava with no problem. Both of these ablities are just standard ruby abilities that we've seen before. Nothing really special about them

History: Ruby popped out of her hole several thousand years ago and she and her squadron of five other rubies provided loyal servitude to Pink Diamond for a few thousand years. Her ruby squad would do standard ruby jobs for the first half of her gemspan, guarding high-ranking gems and for the later half of her lifespan she served an incredibly loyal agate. She and her squad served Pink and her agate on planet without fail until 2013 when Earth was cut off from Homeworld. Ruby stayed with her squadron through the two years they were completely cut off from homeworld. In this time her agate made an alliance with another agate who was in charge of a small squad of amethysts. Then in 2015 Ruby and about half of her squad heard Roses Message well scouting out an abandoned temple. After telling the rest of the rubies and amethysts about Roses message the group decided that there was just no way to stand up to Homeworld on earth, especially with the corrupted gems lurking about. But ruby trusted Rose Quartz, all she had to do was find a group of rebels with the same ideals. Ruby attempted to escape but was thwarted, her best friend Ruby had betrayed her to the agates, and Ruby was poofed and bubbled after her battle spoon failed in combat. A year later a rebel leader quartz released Ruby from her bubble and Ruby joined up with the quartz's battalion of amethysts, which included a few familiar faces. The agate’s amethysts had escaped from their leaders and had joined up with the Crystal Gems, they were inspired by Ruby’s courage and they were the ones who showed the quartz where ruby was bubbled. After another year of service to the quartz and her battalion (Which had become quite sizable at that point) Ruby decided to leave the army and join a different part of the crystal gems living in beach city. And for the last two years Ruby has been staying in the temple and beach city learning about humans (though she finds them disgusting), organics (who she loves, just not humans), and the earth. She learned how to cook and how to bake from helpful gems living in the temple and she is starting to grow accustomed to humans, she's even started to try out their clothing enhancements.
-She'll try and step up more as part of the Crystal Gem rebellion.

Appearance: Ruby is a very standard ruby that uses the same design on her uniform that is prominently featured in the flashback of the episode "The answer". Rubies gem is on her tongue, and despite being a crystal gem she hasn't yet gotten a star.
Personality: Ruby is a nice and bubbly gem. She enjoys cooking especially her favorite dish Stew surprise which she'll improve on making as I progress with her character. Ruby is also very naive and incredibly trusting of those around her. And is incredibly surprised when she finds that something or someone has meant her harm. She just kind of thinks that everyone wants to be friends and learning different either gives her one of three reactions the main two being shocked/surprised and depressed but sometimes she can get incredibly angry when things don't fit to her naive perspective, this is how her powers typically flare up. Despite this, she doesn't get angry often and she hates getting angry to the point where she's openly afraid of getting angry. Now Ruby really really likes cooking and food and one of her main goals in her gem life is to open a successful restaurant, perhaps one that caters to gems specifically. Now another thing about ruby is she hates humans specifically, not just organics or the earth, actually Ruby loves the earth and organics! But when it comes to humans she hates them, she thinks of them like just disgusting imperfect alive gems. However, Ruby will still use human products and inventions such as clothing and food. Weapon: Ruby has 3 gem weapons/weapon forms, regardless of this, none of her weapons are openly effective. Her three gem weapons are as follows: a spoon, a fork, and a butter knife. There are no special weapon powers that she has so far besides being able to alter there size. When the weapons are summoned they just appear to be really big cutlery that dazzles like a ruby weapon like the chisel that eyeball had. And Ruby can combine his weapons for example spoon+fork=spork.

-Ruby hopes to start a restaurant or maybe a fast food chain, maybe she'll cater specifically to gems.
