Spinel "watched" as Zircon took control of the fusion. It fumbled, but that was to be expected. Anyone new to fusing was going to be confused, unsure, and untrained. But Spinel himself trained under an old friend of his, someone whose name he hadn't thought of in a long time. "Serandite." He whispered to himself with a small amount of resent. The friend of his was uncorruptable, and knew from the moment they fused that he was, quite literally, a monster.
"Hey Spinel, can you summon your weapon?" Spinel took partial control over the fusion, his Khopesh flying out from his palm and being caught by the same hand that it came from. "I know what you're thinking. To form the fusion's weapon, we have to combine our own. Just allow the fusion partial control, it knows what to do. Only be careful; the fusion is a resource we must exploit. Don't ever allow it full control." As he said this, he detached his personality from the fusion once more, watching from the shadows.
Zircon gave the fusion partial control, and Fire Agate put the two swords together, forming a scimitar. The blade was the same color as Fire Agate's hair, and the hilt was a slightly darker red. It shined in the sun. Fire Agate did a figure eight with the sword before holding it out for a moment so he could examine it. It was a magnificent blade. And with Zircon and Spinel's sword skills combined? It was an incredibly deadly blade. Zircon was curious if Fire Agate could summon more then one, but he figured 1 was good for now. Fire Agate took a few more steps, now on the beach. Zircon awaited for Spinel to tell him what to do, since he had no idea what to do now.
"Alright Zircon," Spinel begun, "We're going to the Kindergarten. You're gonna need training, and the Kindergarten has the perfect dummies for sparring practice." Spinel took control of the fusion, making it walk into the city. Spinel then smiled, and made Fire Agate walk through a small crowd of humans so that Zircon could see how Fire Agate towered over the locals. This was something that Zircon probably wasn't used to, and so it was probable that it would make him favor the idea of being loyal to Spinel, rather than later betrayal.
The fusion walked through the town, making its way to the Crystal Temple and stepping onto the warp pad. "I'm giving you control for now. I'm already versed in fusion, so it's you who needs to get accustomed to it. Warp to the Kindergarten."
Zircon looked at the most likely scared locals. Not much to comment on as they walked through the town. He looked at the temple, before commencing the warp. In the warp stream he asked "What was that place? The thing we were looking at while we were still on the warp pad, what was it?" He said, looking around the warp stream. They warped to the Kindergarten. "Still don't like this place.." He said as Firw Agate walked around looking for a training dummy. He saw a group of corrupts ahead, and then made Firw Agate ready his sword. He slashed at one as he approached , or tried. It was kinda weird at first, since it was a fusion, but it was still in target, and slashed the corrupt, the blade lopping off an extra arm it had. He then came back down with an overhead strike, pooling it when his blade passed through. He looked at the other corrupts. Shouldn't he feel something? Remorse, maybe mercy? Because he definitely didn't. He looked down at the corrupt gem, stepping on it and crushing it.
Melody: how are you doing? Are you going to make a character in here?

This Roleplay is a prequel to Steven Universe to an extent with some slight retconing and its own progression to the story that will turn out differently to how stuff plays out in the show. Thanks to the message by Rose Quartz several gems are rising up to protect Earth and have labelled themselves as the Crystal Gems. Others on earth are remaining aligned to Homeworld though despite the isolation of Earth from Homeworld
All gems on earth are still stranded, the communication hub is still offline and all the space warps are shattered, it has now been revealed that this is the work of Rose Quartz and her small group known as the Crystal gems. They have rebelled against Homeworld and have chosen to protect the Earth (Trapping themselves on Homeworld to keep the warps down).
Now both sides are fighting among themselves along with fighting against the 'Corruption' a virus is infecting many gems turning most of them into mindless monsters, but those with a stronger will seem to becoming something more sinister.
The Game has changed now. The question has finally been posed, are you against Homeworld or allied with them. Or do you have your own agenda that may or may not been assisted by the ‘Corruption’. Regardless the seeds have been placed down and although it is only the beginning the fight for or against Earth and the corruption has begun. The choice is yours for how it is shaped on the Original Steven Universe Roleplay Site.

*Garnet, Pearl and Rose are assumed capture on Homeworld
*Garnet,Pearl and Rose broke the space warps to delay Homeworld
*Thanks to Roses Message gems now know what the Kindergarten was used for
