"Log date, one, twenty-nine." The homeworld fusion said to her holo-tablet, it beeped and awaited more speech. "Day fifty-three, twenty-nine, our... my skills seem to be paying off in this hunt for the rebels, I have managed to capture yet another on my way to earth, a nephrite, despite their combat ability, she went down without much trouble." She spoke, describing her most recent capture as she floated through space in her ship, which it only served the purpose of transport and comfort. "This ship as well has caused me the loss of a capture, I will request a better suited ship once I reach the base set on the Earth's moon." She continues speaking, explaining the normal things you'd hear in a data log. "End data log one, twenty-nine." At that, he holo-tablet beeps and powers down. Black Opal would stand from her chair at the front of the ship and walk towards the rear of the ship, looking out the window and smiling.
"This is one thing I really enjoy about being out here alone, I can enjoy this view... together." She says to herself as she admires the stars and nearby ice covered rocks. "Far from the diamonds who would separate me, I'll be quietly earning their favor, so they might allow me to live like this." She continues conversating with herself as she admires the dark space outside her cruiser.
Soon, she would close her eyes and move to sit on the floor, meditating now. This was something she often did without much else to do, as to come to peace with some things she had been feeling, though most of it still dwelled in her mind. After a while, she had not realized just how long she had been sitting there, before the console at the front of her ship beeped, this brought her out of her trance. She walked to the front of her cruiser and look out the window, smiling as she saw hat she had been wanting to see for multiple days, the earth, where the biggest rebels were.
